Q. Do your coaches have restrooms?
Yes, all of our coaches are restroom equipped.

Q. What other amenities are on the coach?
All of our coaches are equipped with VCR, DVD, AM/FM radios, PA systems, reclining seats, individual reading lights, and of course air-conditioning. Feel free to bring your favorite videos to watch while traveling.

Q. Where do you store my suitcase and how much luggage can I take?

A. All of our coaches have ample space under the coach to carry your
luggage. They also have overhead compartments inside the coach for a
carry-on bag.

Q. Is the driver gratuity included in the price?

A. No.If you wish to give the driver a gratuity, it is at the
customer’s discretion.

Q. Is the group responsible for the driver’s meals and lodging?

A. The driver normally takes care of their own meals, though if you
wish to include the driver in group meals that is appreciated. We do
normally ask the group to take care of the driver's lodging, as it is
beneficial to have the driver at the same hotel as the group and many times
the group gets a better rate than an individual at hotels.

Q. How far in advance should I book my trip?

A. Normally 3 to 6 months in advance is recommended. However some dates
in March, April, May, June and many weekend dates will book full 6-9 months in
advance, while other times in January and February can be booked up to
a week before your trip.

Q. Does Maxwell Coach have regular scheduled runs from city to city?

A. No,Maxwell is exclusively a charter operation for groups who charter
the complete coach to go to the destination of their choice.

Q. Does Maxwell Coach arrange for tickets at attractions and arrange
tours?

A. We leave that up to the group. If you need help with that we will assist you.

Q. Can we take food or drinks on the coach?

A. Yes, food and drinks on the coach is permitted. We supply trash
bags, and request that the coach is kept picked-up for the group’s comfort.
   there is a extra $250.00 charge if coach is not kept clean that will
be billed at the end of trip.

Q. Can we bring alcoholic beverages on the coach?

A. NO.

Q. Can we smoke on the coach?

A. No, Maxwell Coach has a no smoking policy while on the coach. If
your group wishes to smoke, we will be glad to make rest stops as needed.

Q. Where can you come to pick us up?

A. That’s the beauty of charting a coach, we come to you, we can pick
you up where ever you want and take you directly to your destination.

Q. Do you travel to Canada or Mexico?

A. No.
